Our Classes

During our classes we use all of the pilates equipment, including the reformer, the tower, chair and the barrels. This is how the original pilates method was developed so that everyone regardless of your body type and level of fitness can get the most out of the workout.

Whether you are new to pilates or have been practicing for years, we are here to guide you and make sure you attend a class that is appropriate for you. Our group classes have max 4 people so we can focus on your individual needs to help you achieve your full potential.

Using the full pilates gym in the classes we can give you a wide range of exercises lying down, standing and sitting, working with resistance from the springs.

We require that you take at least 2 private classes if you are new to Pilates before you join our group classes.

Do you want to bring pilates to your office? We offer pilates for your work place on the mat or at your desk. Or book a private class for you and your colleagues. There are only 4 spots available in the classes. Send us an email for more info.
