Our Classes

During our classes we use all of the pilates equipment, including the reformer, the tower, chair and the barrels. This is how the original pilates method was developed so that everyone regardless of your body type and level of fitness can get the most out of the workout.

Whether you are new to pilates or have been practicing for years, we are here to guide you and make sure you attend a class that is appropriate for you. Our group classes have max 4 people so we can focus on your individual needs to help you achieve your full potential.

Using the full pilates gym in the classes we can give you a wide range of exercises lying down, standing and sitting, working with resistance from the springs.

We require that you take at least 2 private classes if you are new to Pilates before you join our group classes.

For beginners
Pilates for pregnancy
During this 6-week course, we will teach you exercises that support you through pregnancy, labor, and your life as a new mom. Pilates is a low-impact training system, making it a perfect workout during pregnancy. In this course, you will learn exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor, improve your balance and control, build strength, increase mobility, and reduce pain and discomfort experienced during pregnancy. The class is limited to 4 people, so you will receive a lot of individual attention. No previous experience with Pilates is necessary.

Mama & baby pilates
Join us for a 6-week Pilates course for mamas and babies. We will teach you exercises you can do with your baby to wake up your abdominal muscles, rehabilitate your pelvic floor, and work out the pain and stiffness that you experience postpartum. The class is limited to 4 people so you will get a lot of individual attention. We recommend that you are at least 6-weeks postpartum. No experience with pilates is necessary.
